Associate professor of Public international law and international relations, University of Valencia. Author and investigator of the two complaints filed with the National Court for genocide and crimes against humanity committed against the Tibetan people; admitted January 10, 2006 and August 6, 2008. Similarly, he has filed another complaint with the National Court for international crimes committed by the Burmese military junta.

As professor and researcher, he has dealt with various issues relating to human rights, such as the enforcement of individual criminal liability through the mechanism of universal jurisdiction.

He has participated as researcher in different projects relating to the use of the force, human rights and international humanitarian law:
